- BrandsEP Carrillo EncoreThe second in EP Carrillo's Family Series, the Encore is a medium to full-bodied 100% Nicaraguan puro with a very special secret. The tobacco used in making this cigar is cured and aged in "tercios", which is when yagua (palm tree bark) is wrapped around the tobacco to create bales that are then aged for 2 years. This process allows a natural two-way humidification system to form; humidity is automatically exchanged between the yagua and the tobacco as needed, letting the tobacco breathe optimally and age in the most desirable way. Notes of rich earth and tinges of both sweetness and spice come together to provide a smooth and sophisticated smoke you'll crave again and again. Experience the next entry into the already historic Family Series by E.P. Carrillo.
- Cigar ShapeRobustoThe Robusto is a short Churchill size, traditionally 5 to 5.5 inches by a 50 ring gauge.
- Cigar SectionBox-Pressed (Square)A box pressed cigar is a cigar that has a square shape. Originally, this shape came from the practice of packing round cigars tightly in cardboard boxes which are then compacted using a manual press. The cigars are thus pressed into each other and become a "squarish" or semi-square shape. Today, cigar makers use square shaped molds or a wooden trunk press for their box pressed cigars, achieving a more defined square section.
- Cigar Length5"3/8This cigar is 5"3/8 inches long, or 136.53 mm.

While tobacco and cigars have always traditionally been produced in the Dominican Republic, many Cuban cigar makers established in the Dominican Republic after the Cuban communist revolution, elevating the quality of Dominican cigars. - Cigar Ring Gauge52The cigar ring gauge corresponds to the diameter of a cigar, this cigar has a ring gauge of 52, so his diameter is 52/64 inches or 20.57 mm.
